CIRC Restaurant | Host Weekend Mornings

The Madison Concourse Hotel has an opening for a part-time Host in our restaurant, CIRC. We're looking for someone who is great at reading people, anticipating their needs, and making them feel welcome. This position has a morning schedule of 6:45am-2:00pm on the weekends with the opportunity to pick of weekday shifts if available.

Some of the main things you'll be in charge of:

• Coordinating activities in the dining room and providing fast and courteous service
• Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
• Escorting and seating guests, presenting the menu, and pouring water
• Taking table reservations and effectively controlling the flow of the guests in the restaurant
• Answering telephone calls and handling guest inquiries

• Prior restaurant or other food and beverage experience helpful
• Previous customer service experience
