Field Manager

The Maids in NW Austin is a family-owned and operated business. We are currently looking for a Field Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a bilingual, organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct new employee orientation and safety training
• Lead training of The Maids 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well with all team members.
• Maintain The Maids standard of quality through quality assurance inspections and training
• Manage the customer relationship including the resolution of customer grievances and conflicts, as needed
• Conduct in-home quotes for service, as needed
• Prepare monthly supply and equipment inventory reports
• Manage the inspection and maintenance of vehicles and other equipment
• Responsible for the daily preparation of Team Leader notebooks
• Assist Operations Manager in determining staffing requirements and recruiting efforts

Desired Experience and Education

• Valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 1 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Supervisory experience and/or demonstrated supervisory potential preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
