What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maids Field Manager position at The Maids | Janitronics?
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
PURPOSE
To actively contribute to The Maids customer growth, employee retention and the deliverance of a quality customer experience through the management of teams and adherence to The Maids policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation
- Lead training of The Maids 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System including safety training
- Maintain The Maids standard of quality through quality assurance inspections and training
- Manage the customer relationship including the resolution of customer grievances and conflicts
- Prepare monthly supply and equipment inventory reports
- Manage the inspection and maintenance of vehicles and other equipment
- Responsible for the daily preparation of Team Leader notebooks
- Assist in daily tasks as required by General Manager

- DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid drivers license preferred
- Supervisory experience and/or demonstrated supervisory potential preferred
- Associates degree and/or related on-the-job experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and/or walk continuously
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb, balance, bend/stoop, and kneel frequently
- Ability to grasp, manipulate or assemble objects
- Ability to reach below, at, or above shoulder level frequently
- Ability to constantly operate cleaning utensils and materials
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Duties are normally performed in an office or residential home environment. Travel is required between job sites and exposure to inclement weather and driving hazards is possible. Moderate exposure to cleaning solutions, perfumes, pets and pet dander, dirt, temperature variations and noise will occur.
Overtime or hours outside the normally defined workday or workweek may be required as needed.
