The Marsh Foundation is seeking a full-time, counselor for its on-campus group home program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents in individual and group therapy settings. Experience with risk assessment, diagnosis, trauma and sexual offender treatment preferred. License from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board required. Program encourages and supports clinician development and ongoing training. The therapist is responsible for providing intensive treatment, crisis intervention, and advocacy to adolescents and families. Therapist is responsible for becoming familiar with the group home treatment model and coordinating with all members of the treatment team to achieve targeted outcomes.
