The successful candidate will manage daily accounting tasks, oversee financial reporting, and play a crucial role in budgeting and forecasting. What You’ll Do:
- Perform accurate recordkeeping and monthly reconciliations, as well as prepare timely and detailed reports and financial records, for all corporate entities within Fit Franchise Brands;
- Forecasting and budgeting analyses for both corporate entities and company held franchise locations;
- Retain constant awareness of the Company’s financial position, and provide information to the CEO on a regular cadence;
- Responsible for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for corporate entities;
- Responsible for the management of the annual independent audit for all entities, and coordinate with the auditors for timely completion of the audit reports and tax returns;
- Sales and use tax filings;
- Oversee the bookkeeping department at Fit Franchise Brands, whereby the books and records are maintained for individual franchise locations;
- Responsible for HR functions, including payroll processing, employee benefits, onboarding new hires, and other HR related tasks;
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to structured agreements;
Role Requirements:
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Accounting Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Superb communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently, with little oversight
- Proficient use of MS Office and QuickBooks Online; an enhanced understanding of MS Excel is a plus
