Maintenance Person
Duties:
Must be able to work: 11pm-7am shifts.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or building occupants in a timely manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
- Fabricate or repair equipment and fixtures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for tracking and managing maintenance activities.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with tenants or building occupants.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
