The MedServ Group is a rapidly growing company which provides residents in healthcare settings such as nursing/rehab facilities with top-of-the-line care. We are currently searching for a talented Podiatrist to join our team! You will use your clinical and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality podiatric care to our patients. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering quality patient care to the senior population.
Podiatrist Responsibilities
- Examine patients’ legs and feet to diagnose diseases.
- Treat foot and leg injuries, like fractures, feet corn and calluses.
- Refer foot and ankle surgeries where necessary.
- Prescribe joint pain relief medication and foot orthoses that improve mobility.
- Advise patients on foot care and general wellness practices.
- Order additional medical tests (like X-rays, ultrasounds, and bone density tests) to form a better diagnosis if necessary.
Podiatrist Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) and active state license.
- 2 years plus experience in a clinic or hospital.
- Excellent knowledge of therapeutic and surgical treatments for the lower extremities.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with the elderly.
Compensation and Benefits
We reward our podiatrists with competitive rates (commensurate with experience) as well as the following:
- 25-30 patients per visit, preventative care.
- Extremely flexible scheduling
- 35% of collections (around $1050 per visit).
- Average day: 6-7 hours visiting patients plus paperwork.

- Back office administrative support
- Clinical support
- All doctors are 1099 (independent contractors)
