The first private program for assertive community treatment (PACT) in Texas, Menninger 360 offers 360-degree wraparound support, treatment and rehabilitation. The “hospital without walls” approach offered by Menninger 360, is one of our community integration programs. Menninger 360 will help others work toward independence, develop and practice skills to manage their mental health concerns and achieve goals – all from the comfort and convenience of the home and community, not in a hospital or an outpatient setting.
1. Perform family and social assessments, provide family therapy, casework, case coordination and act as liaison and consult with community agencies and families to maintain coordination of care in the community.
- Provides family assessment and treatment as needed for assigned cases.
- Provides other therapeutic services, such as psychotherapy, casework, coaching and case coordination as needed for assigned cases.
- Provide transportation to clients
- With other team members, participate in on-call rotation for crisis intervention/support 7days/wk, 24hrs/day.
- Document client progress to maintain record of client activity according to established methods and procedures.
- Maintains compliance with Menninger Clinic policies and procedures.
- Documentation and billing procedures are consistent with Corporate Compliance policy.
- Medical Records are completed in timely fashion.
- Demonstrate effective mentoring skills with assigned staff or trainees
- Participate in training and educational activities that support the needs of the Menninger 360 program.
- Participate in approved research and outcome projects sponsored by the Menninger Healthcare System
Education Required: Completion of accredited master’s degree in mental health or related field.
License/Certification: Must have current independent license as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the state of Texas.
LMSW and LPC-A will be considered.
LCDC preferred.
Must have valid TX driver’s license, dependable automobile, clean drivers record and be fully insured (passenger coverage)
Experience Required: Two to six years’ post-master’s experience in a psychiatric or equivalent facility.
