We are seeking ministry-minded individuals to be on our After School team. The After School Program Leader’s primary role is fostering youth development in an after school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities. We are looking for After School Program Leaders who are devoted to excellence, wholeheartedness, and developing kids to reach their full potential! You have the chance to have an eternal impact and be a role model to kids in your community. After School Program Leaders are non-exempt, part-time positions that average 17-20 hours per week. The Mentoring Alliance After School program serves schools in Bullard, Tyler, and Whitehouse.
At Mentoring Alliance After School, we hire teachers, youth workers, teen workers, college students, mentors and more to serve and develop kids in our programs. As a Christian ministry we are geared toward serving kids and students in our community by offering awesome after school care and activities.
Mentoring Alliance exists to mobilize godly people into the lives of kids and families, to provide tangible help and eternal hope. Our After School Program Leaders must have the desire to influence, impact and serve the kids and families in our community. Why? Because each and every staff position with us is an integral part of our mission and vision. We consider all After School Program Leaders to be first and foremost a Minister of the Gospel.
Our After School workers are the backbone of what we do in schools in East Texas, and we think of them as family. We are always searching to add more family members to our team, and you could be one of them!
