Basic Job Description
$14.25 - 17.25 per hour, plus insurance
Fresh Cooperators learn all tasks within the Fresh Career Path. Employee will learn kitchen, bakery, full service deli counter including register operation, produce and meat & seafood tasks and responsibilities, and will be assigned to complete them as needed. Position requires attention to detail with time management and customer service skills. Daily tasks include food preparation, receiving, stocking and inventory rotation as well as basic janitorial duties. Position requires standing, lifting, and exposure to heat and cold. Ideal candidate has scheduling flexibility, previous food safety handling practices, training and supervision experience, exceptional hospitality skills and enjoys working on a team.

- Ability to provide and follow verbal and written instructions precisely and in a timely fashion
- Flexibility of schedule to adapt and respond to the ebbs and flow of business at the co-op
