Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing records efficiently to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Responsibilities:
- Answering multi-line phones.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records
- Ensure all records are properly labeled and stored
- Retrieve files as requested by staff
- Perform data entry tasks to update records
- Assist in the disposal of records according to retention schedules
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all records
Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with various record management systems.
- Experience in office management or as a dental receptionist is advantageous.
- Ability to transcribe information accurately.
- Capable of project coordination and order entry.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office system.
- Proficient using Excel.
