The Bank also operates a Loan Production Office in Mentor, Ohio.

SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Strategic Planning
• Collaborate with senior management and retail leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for achieving sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency.
• Team Leadership
• Directly lead and inspire a team of Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes customer service and teamwork.
• Sales Coaching and Training
• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for the retail staff.
• Implement coaching strategies to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to direct and indirect team members to optimize individual and overall performance.
• Performance Analysis
• Conduct regular performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and recognize top performers.
• Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Collaborate with Branch Operations, Marketing, Technology, and other partners to ensure that the retail team maintains high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to build and strengthen customer relationships within the community.
