Responsibilities:
Project manager shall create and manage along with the Procurement team and local facility managers various RFI /RFP / SOW for several service contracts.
- Looking to globalize or nationalize vendors under one MSA / SOW, where possible. There are several service agreements that are old and are just rolling over. We need to revisit all vendors to ensure all contracts are current and follow our current procurement MSA/SOW guidelines
- Janitorial - Santa Clara / Fort Lauderdale
- Copier / MFD - Global (Fuji - APAC, Konica Minolta - AMER, Canon - EMEA & India)
- Shipping / Courier - Global
- Pantry - Global
- Office Supplies - Global (including WFH furniture)
- File Retention - Global
- Security Systems RFP - Global
- Create a timeline for all of the above
- Creation of standard processes for the RFP management so we have a centralized practice to follow to ensure proper due diligence is performed
- PCard practice
- Create REFS vendor/contract tracking database
- The goal is to centralize under Iron Mountain or one vendor. If Iron Mountain is not the right service provider for us in the long run, then an RFP / MSA / SOW needs to happen
- There are various TIBCO / Citrix legacy accounts through various providers, creating a lot of discovery that needs to be done here before we can centralize under one vendor.
- We need to tie into the global policy, and create our own process and procedure on how EEs can go about storing items, what they need to do, information needing to be captured to ensure we don't end up in the same place we are now. As you know our goal is to be completed by 8/31 so we can present budgets to the BUs to carry for 2025.
- Reduce and centralize the courier service at a global level.
- Remove unnecessary accounts from FedEx, DHL, UPS and international couriers.
- Send out an RFP for global contracts to improve pricing and services.
- Standardize the processes and create policy for future usage, advising EEs

Project manager shall perform the responsibilities as per the requirement of the Company
Qualifications:
1. Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. A master's degree or certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is often preferred.
2. Experience: Demonstrated experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects on time and within budget. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
