Our team is growing and were looking to hireanother technician for our team!

As atechnician you will spend your time :

Working in ourproject management system to complete tasks assigned to you as wellas inputting new tasks from clients into oursystem

Troubleshooting and fixing client Zapsand CRM workflows then communicating outcomes back to the clientsvia Slack message and / or Loom video

Providinginsight and strategy to clients by taking their ideas and outcomesand transforming that into zaps and automations that save them timeand make them more money

Thinking outside thebox we do extremely creative work for our clients and ability tothink clearly and quickly is key. We dont do anything cookiecutterstyle and sloppy work is a nogo.

Interactingwith clients to get more details needed to complete a projectand / or give them updates on it

Watching acall recording to extract details from it map it out in a flowchartthen implement it

This is anultrafastpaced environment and you will need to be able to focusdiagnose and problem solve quickly andefficiently.

If you see the world and / orvisualize things in your mind as diagrams or flowcharts this couldbe the perfect job for you.

There is a lot oftechnical implementation work but also a lot of strategy. You willneed to be able to take the the outcome the client wants and breakit down into steps and them implement thosesteps.

Attention to detail is critical. Ourclients are trusting us to run the behindthescenes of their multi 7and 8figure businesses.

Were in searchof a fulltime candidate for this role who must be available to workin the North American Eastern TimeZone .

You need to bewilling to be a part of a team. We know that we can provide thebest value to our clients when we work together and communicatewell internally.

You must see yourself as an integral part ofsomething bigger and do your part to make sure the team isfunctioning at its peak performance.

Due tothe technical nature of the job and the need to communicate complexideas and solutions to clients applicants MUST be completely fluentin English and able to express conceptswell.

Getting the work done is only part ofthe job sometimes you will need to communicate with the clients viaSlack to get more details and / or give them updates via Loom video.

Still other times you may need to get on a Zoom call with theclient to get a better idea of what they want how it needs to worketc.

We work primarily with High TicketCoaches and Consultants and you will need to be familiar with allor some of the following : Zapier (must have) IntegromatInfusionsoft ActiveCampaign Hubspot(should have) Close PipedriveClickfunnels ScheduleOnce Calendly Typeform Wufoo Google SheetsAloware Slack you get the picture.

You willneed to be a leader and take ownership of jobs tasks andoutcomes... but also failures as well.

YouMUST love learning. We dont expect you to know everything on dayone because the work we do is unique to this industry and thelearning curve will be steep.

The industry changes quickly and weknow most of our clients systems like the back of our hands but itrequires a desire to learn.

You will need towant to be the best version of yourself day in and day out. Webelieve the best way to show up for our clients is to be the bestversion of ourselves.

And that inner pursuit of bettering ourselvesis what drives us to serve our clients better each and everyday.

PS. You must also know how to laugh andhave fun. While the work is serious we love to laugh as a team onour team meetings and in Slack and so do most of our clients.
