Position: Marketing Associate / Property Site Facilitator- AUSTIN and SAN ANTONIO
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. Very flexible schedule. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote several of our brands and drive business growth. Additionally this position will require you to guide prospective investment groups or buyers to prospective development parcels, prospective commercial businesses, custom home building lots, and/or residential and commercial projects.
This position requires good communication skills, professionalism and occasional driving( usually once per week within 30 min) within your market area. (Austin or San Antonio)
Experience and an understanding of advertising sales, social media marketing would be great but not necessary.
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Assist with identifying development opportunities, construction projects, and affiliate partnerships.
-Execute marketing campaigns across various channels - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Assist in managing the company's social media presence and engage with followers - Attend promotional events and trade shows locally.
- Proficient in social media marketing strategies and platforms - Understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics tools.
Compensation: Ranges from minimal $500 per transaction to $5000 per transaction closed. $20/hr for site project assessments and guided tours. Bonus: All-inclusive 4-day tropical vacation with 5 contracts closed within a month. Bonus: Additional $1000 for ten transactions closed within 12 weeks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
