Our client is currently looking to fill an assistant manager trainee role, meaning they will teach you the skills, structure, as well as provide the support to help you become a successful team member in management. You will have the opportunity to work and learn within each department, from business development, customer service, sales development, human resources, as well as our C level executive team members.
Our client specializes in working in the fields of technology & entertainment with consumer products and services. With their team expanding and growing from the continued success of their organization and partnerships they are looking to add some new members they can develop from a team member into management. Most importantly they are looking for someone who is friendly, welcoming, has prior customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality experience to provide an over-the-top experience to their customers and clients.

Qualifications
· The customer experience should never exceed the Team Member’s experience
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Must be clean, neat, well- groomed for safety and compliance standards
· Must have integrity & be honest
· Must be able to follow written & verbal instructions provided to you by management or customer requests
· Able to work independently as well as in a group setting with other team members
· Have leadership skills, and ability to provide others with coaching, motivation, mentorship, guidance, and training support always
· A plus is having prior experience in a leadership role of at least one year
Responsibilities
· Grow sales
· Providing great customer experiences
· Oversee sales transactions
· Knowing all product / service lines
· Help with marketing initiatives
· Help with social media and online presence
· Deescalating and customer complaints / issues / as well as handle all trouble shooting for customers on the spot that may arise
· Full time schedule with flexible hours / shifts available
