Project Architect

We are looking to hire a Project Architect to work in our office and/or remotely. We have projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $50 million in construction value that include new construction and renovations for public, education, arts & culture, commercial, and residential clients.
Responsibilities
Develop design concepts and technical details using drawings, digital models, and physical models
Coordinate building systems and technical issues in all phases of the design process
Lead design teams
Provide project management
Communicate with clients and coordinate with consultants
Prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents for medium to large scale buildings and interiors
Perform construction administration
Qualifications
B. Arch or M. Arch degree
Minimum 10 years of experience working on projects in the United States
Strong design abilities at conceptual and detail levels
Experience working on a project from concept design through construction completion
Experience researching, analyzing, and implementing unique construction systems
Experience producing beautiful construction document drawings and details using Revit
Strong organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on teams and/or in a studio setting
Expertise in interior design and FF&E is a plus
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
