Creative Food Group is the leading hospitality team behind the award-winning restaurants by Nicholas Stefanelli. Established in 2014 by Chef Nicholas Stefanelli & Paul Jeon, Creative Food Group takes our guests through culinary experiences from the fine dining critically acclaimed Masseria to culinary collective Officina, and soon to the new luxury hotel The Morrow in Washington's vibrant Union Market neighborhood, a part of the DC Curio Collection by Hilton.

In the kitchen, everything is created from scratch, with great attention to detail, including bread service and all ingredients supporting the cocktail program; we also practice whole animal butchery. Our front-of-the-house team provides seamless service to our guests with knowledge and warmth. Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Some work experience as a dishwasher or on wait staff
Hand - on experience with industrial washing machines
Availability to work shifts during the weekends and evenings

Attention to detail and sanitation rules
Key Responsibilities
Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
Load and unload dishwashing machines
Wash specific items by hand (wooden cutting board, large pots, delicate china)
Store clean dishes, glasses, silverware and equipment appropriately
Set up workstations before meal prep begins
Ensure there are always enough clean dishes,glasses, and utensils especially during peak hours
Maintains cleaning supplies stock and place orders when necessary
Checks washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
Remove garbage regularly
Sanitize kitchen area, including the floor.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand/walk for extended period of time
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, on a regular basis
Ability to lift/move around up to 25 pounds occasionally
