What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Runner position at The Mulch & Soil Co.?
Oversee component receiving, shipping and transfers.
¨ Ensure the timely and accurate movement of materials between the component warehouse and the production facilities.
¨ Ensure inventory accuracy.
¨ Develop and implement procedures and systems to ensure material accuracy within 99% of records.
¨ Provide staff development training.
¨ Determine space requirements for component storage.
¨ Ensure the inspection of material handling equipment for defects and ensure repairs are completed.
¨ Support Maintenance Supervisor in review of Loader, Forklift and Grinder inspection sheets Evaluating for errors and resolve operator communications and complaints.
¨ Maintain accuracy of component trailer status.
¨ Oversee the cleanliness of assigned warehouse.
¨ Understand and demonstrate safe work practices at all times. Must stay focused on maintaining a safe work environment and promote safe work practices throughout the organization.
¨ Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
¨ Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
