Seeking a Client Services Associate!

  • Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with colleagues from across the organization to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive success.
  • Bridge Builder: Act as a liaison between sales and clients, ensuring smooth communication across all s departments.
  • Continuous Improvement Champion: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the Client Experience Team's performance.
  • Support Superhero: Provide administrative support to the Client Experience team, stepping in to fulfill strategic initiatives when needed.

Experience and Education:

  • 5 years in a client service-focused environment, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
