San Francisco (Tiburon) Nanny Needed

My newest client in the Tiburon area of San Francisco is looking for a wonderful Nanny for their three wonderful children. Their oldest is 8 years old and in 2nd grade. His sister is turning 7 in May and is in first grade. And the littlest is about to be 4 in 2 weeks. These three are involved in an array of fun activities, including swim team, soccer, softball, dance, and gym. Their son is a skilled Lego enthusiast who aspires to become a pilot in the future. He is an inquisitive guy who loves hugs. Their middle daughter is an artist through and through. And like her brother, she is affectionate. Their youngest daughter is a silly girl who wants to be Taylor Swift and loves performing with her guitar.

During the weekends, this loving family is often seen enthusiastically cheering on their two oldest children at their sports games and matches. They make it a priority to spend as much time as possible outside, exploring nature by going on scenic hikes or biking adventures. When they're not active, they enjoy socializing with their friends and loved ones, creating unforgettable memories together. This family has an adorable mini golden doodle, and they would love to find someone who would not mind taking him on walks.

ABOUT THE NANNY: They are seeking a responsible, reliable, warm, energetic, and compassionate nanny with strong communication skills, trustworthiness, and a can-do mentality.

While there may be moments where all three children are present, the care will mainly be for 1 or 2 children at a time. Mom shares the role with the nanny in the afternoons of getting the children to their enrichment activities!

HOURS: Monday 12p-7p, Tuesday 8-7 or they can do 12p-7p if you need mornings off, Wednesday 2p-7p, Thursday 2p -7p, and Friday 2p-9p. They can offer a few extra hours to get to or close to 40 hours a week if the nanny desires more than 36 hours a week.

START DATE: ASAP

RATE: Around $38 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications; please share your desired rates

LONGEVITY: Long term

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Clean background check, ideally already Trustline certified

-CPR/First Aid certified and or willing to do so before the start date

-2 years min childcare experience with glowing references with preschool/school-age children

-Always maintain good, open, and honest communication with the parents

-Will be attentive to the children's needs
