Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to oversee our growing BI team. This role involves leading data analysis and visualization efforts, managing data pipelines, and upholding data integrity. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analytics, be proficient in SQL, Excel, and Tableau, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills to simplify complex data for diverse audiences and business functions including but not limited to sales, operations, digital marketing channels, optimization, and forecasting. Additionally, they will be responsible for meeting with stakeholders to scope projects, set timelines, and manage the project with an Agile framework. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of BI Analysts, ensuring excellence in data analysis and visualization with tools like Tableau, Excel, and other software.
• Facilitate Agile framework practices, including sprints and stand-ups, to drive efficient project execution and team collaboration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and scope data-driven projects, aligning objectives with business strategies.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of data for analysis.
• Implement quality control measures for team deliverables, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication of insights.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in the field of data analytics or business intelligence.
• Extensive experience in data analytics and management, with a focus on big data, data warehousing (Snowflake, Google BigQuery), and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel, Tableau, and similar data visualization tools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in Agile project management and team development.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders and conveying complex data in an accessible manner.
• Experience with managing a team of Business Intelligence professionals in a previous role(s)
