We’re looking for high-energy, organized and efficient teammates to add to our growing team!
Your role will mainly be to assist our Listing Coordinator, but there will be whole-team assistance as well. Part of the job will be working in-office preparing listing materials, helping organize the office, building listing and buyer guides and consultation packets, and coordinating schedules and vendors for appointments.
You’ll also work with the administrative team to manage the production and inventory of marketing materials and needed office supplies.
Our ideal candidate is SUPER organized, has high-level communication skills, a knack for client experience/customer service, a strong mindset, and a great work ethic.
Compensation: $25 hourly fuel reimbursement
