Compensation: $55,000 - $100,000 1st Year, Based on Metrics per year
Compensation:
$55,000 - $100,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Lead generation: Qualifying leads for the sales team through various marketing strategies such as calling, texting and emailing. This IS A CALLING POSITION
Qualifying leads: Evaluating potential clients to determine their level of interest, motivation, and ability to purchase or sell a property
Lead nurturing: Maintaining regular contact with leads to build relationships and keep them engaged until they are ready to move forward with a purchase or sale
Data management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in a CRM system and other sales-related software
Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
Hunt, manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, texts and video to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Qualifications:
Valid Real estate license
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with potential clients and providing excellent customer service
A background in customer service can be helpful for managing client relationships and ensuring a positive experience for clients
Previous experience in sales, particularly in real estate or a related field, can be beneficial for understanding the sales process and effectively supporting the sales team
Familiarity with various marketing strategies and tools can be helpful for generating leads and qualifying potential clients
Strong attention to detail is critical for maintaining accurate client information in our CRM, along with other systems
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities is essential for success in a fast-paced sales environment
Proficiency in various software programs, such as our CRM systems, Microsoft Office and email is required for managing client information, generating reports, and communicating with clients and colleagues
