Job Summary:

• The Experience Guide Supervisor is responsible for the leadership and

mentoring of the Experience Guide team and seamless operations of

facility. Includes same responsibilities as Experience Guide job summary

leading by exemplary example.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow all duties and responsibilities as required of the Experience Guide

team.

• Be an inspiration and ambassador of professionalism representing The

NOW, LLC.

• Maintain excellent attendance.

• Train all new Experience Guides.

• Be accountable for transactional corrections and follow up.

• Responsible for responding to disputes via Zenoti

• Act in leadership capacity and assist the Management in all facility needs.

• Act as a liaison between the Experience Guide, Massage Therapist and

Leadership team.

• Communicate all updates, new products/offerings, events, and protocols to

Experience Guide team.

• Responsible for printing, placing out in boutique, etc all assets and

promotional material.

• Ensure facility is clean and presentable to standards at all times.

• Assist with group bookings and communicate directly with group inquiries.

• Manage schedules of Experience Guides and time off requests. Monthly

Experience Guide schedule to be distributed by 15th day of each month for

upcoming month after being approved by General Manager.

• Create documents, spreadsheets, and protocols as directed.

• Complete monthly retail and back-of-house inventory

• Assist in forecasting staff needs, related to seasons and staff retention.

• Assist in providing coverage of Experience Guide shifts due to illness, etc..

• Assist in conducting interviews for new Experience Guide candidates when

applicable.

• Participate in boutique supplies, retail, linen and equipment inventory

quarterly to insure facility is well prepared and replacement purchases are

planned bi-annually.

• Provide orientations and service training to all new Experience Guides and

Massage Therapists.

• Assist, coordinate or lead all necessary staff training sessions and

meetings.

• Share suggestions, voice challenges or any specific concerns to

Leadership Team.

• Assist General Manager with guest complaints and/or concerns.

• Responsible for follow up of low feedback from guests and resolving this

as well as informing the MT of necessary feedback.

• Adhere to agreed upon hours approved by Leadership Team.

• Collaborate with Leadership Team during regular meetings regarding any

improvements.

• Be a leader in fostering a healthy workplace that is free of bullying,

discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
