About the Job:

The Nutrition Group has open position of Director of Food and Nutrition Trainee at school districts in the Beaver County area. This position entails assisting with the management of daily operations of the food service department and staff management throughout the district.

Duties to include:

• Menu development in conjunction with USDA and state guidelines
• Cost and inventory controls
• Staff Management
• Accurate accounting practices
• Communications with school district officials
• Strong Culinary skills

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree required
• At least 1-3 years Experience in Staff Management
• Food Service Management Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
