Are you an outgoing, enthusiastic relationship builder with a customer-centric mindset? Join our passionate Admissions Team and help parents discover The Oaks Academy! As one of the first faces that prospective parents meet at The Oaks, you’ll interact with hundreds of families each year to help them find the right school. In partnership with the entire Admissions Team, you will collaborate with school leadership and the marketing team to build applicant pipelines and guide families to and through the admissions process, from the first search to the first day of school.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze recruitment data and efforts to inform strategic decision-making and admissions goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a recruitment strategy to meet enrollment and retention goals
• Cultivate new and existing relationships with individuals and community organizations in diverse markets to build and expand the applicant pipeline
• Host information sessions, tours, and other events to introduce parents and community organizations to The Oaks from an admissions-focused perspective
• Assist with conducting NWEA Map Growth testing for students as part of the application process

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Sales/Marketing, Management, or other End-Customer related field 
• Experience in sales or sales management, admissions or recruitment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organization, detail, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours, as needed for events
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
