Job Responsibilities
- Plan and organize events according to customer requirements.
- Communicate directly with the customer throughout the event planning process to learn requirements and goals, and ensure all parties understand relevant information and details.
- Monitor and oversee events from preparation and set-up through teardown to ensure adherence to planned format, compliance with regulations, cooperation between vendors, resolution of issues, and overall satisfaction of customers and their guests.
- Perform post-event tasks promptly reviewing invoices and bills, approving payments, and documenting issues and resolutions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
