Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Web Developer to oversee our digital properties across all brands. This role involves collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience on our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of all our e-commerce stores and websites.
• Design and develop new websites and digital storefronts for upcoming brands.
• Implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.
• Optimize website performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Analyze website performance and provide insights and recommendations for enhancements.
• Stay abreast of market trends to capitalize on e-commerce opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with teams to support digital marketing initiatives.
• Management of layouts, product descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, and integrations on our platforms, primarily using WooCommerce.
• Continuously update your skills and knowledge to keep up with advances in e-commerce technologies.

Experience/Skills:

• 3 years as a Web Developer, E-commerce Developer, Frontend Developer, Webmaster, or similar role
• Experience in launching, customizing and managing WooCommerce/WordPress websites
• Experienced with HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, and MySQL
• Experienced with deploying and maintaining VPS hosting
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques
• Proficient in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Familiarity in no-code tools (e.g., Make, Zapier)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Basic knowledge of vape and/or cannabis industry and culture is a plus but not essential

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
