Studio Production Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Studio Production Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating high-quality video and photo content for financial advisors and involves both filming (in Greensboro and on-location across the US) and post-production editing. The ideal candidate will be adept in handling a variety of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment, and possess advanced skills in video editing, primarily using Adobe Premiere. There are two primary components of this position:

• On-Site Production: Must be highly-proficient and self-sufficient in operating camera equipment, ensuring the proper white balance, aperture, shutter speed, and other common settings.
• Editing: Editing videos and photos for clients, including crafting engaging complimentary graphics using Adobe Premiere. Being able to translate ideas and shots into an engaging storyline.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a professional video production role. Photography experience is helpful as well.
• Willing to Travel: Able to fly to various locations across the US and Canada.
• Professionalism: Ability to represent our firm with the utmost standards during client interactions and while working on-site.
• Positive Attitude: Skilled in managing relationships with clients and colleagues, displaying a positive and solution-focused demeanor.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously.
• Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills.
