Job Description
The Utility Worker maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in a food service operation serving students, staff, and guests of the university; operates and sets up dishwashing equipment: cleans dish return systems and area; disposes of all trash and food waste; stocks and/or supplies dispenser equipment and food items; cleans and sets up beverage, soft serve and other service equipment; Cleans kitchen equipment; ensures the refrigerators are clean and in accordance with prescribed standards; cleans and maintains kitchen and serving equipment; washes windows and light fixtures; maintains floor cleanliness by sweeping and mopping. This position will typically work 6:00am-2:30pm, and will work every other weekend.

Required Qualifications
Desired: Kitchen custodial work experience; High School Diploma; Serve-Safe or equivalent sanitation training /certification. Regular 40 First Shift
Salary : $25,100 - $31,800
