JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description

  • Please note that this is for packaging very large, oversized items that ship out on a flatbed trailer. These are not packaging boxes for shipping.*
  • Monday-Thursday 6am-4 : 45pm work schedule.
  • Potential for overtime on Fridays.

What You'll Do as : Equipment shipper

  • Installing protective wrap and packaging materials on electrical equipment.
  • Moving large skids (46'x16') skids to assist with optimal operation efficiency.
  • Loading units onto trucks using an overhead gantry crane and column lifts.
  • Operating basic tools-drill, impact, circular saw.
  • Cleaning and preparation of units for shipment.

Work Experience

Preferred Candidate Might :

  • Ability to stand and / or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts, weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push or pull equipment up to 70 lbs.
  • Familiarity with using tools and general warehouse equipment.
