Job Title : Production Associate

We are currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, specifically in the field of injection molding.

• Pay Increases to $14.35 / hr after 90 days

Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain injection molding machines to produce high-quality products
• Set up molds and ensure proper alignment and functionality
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and quality
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
