The Regional Operations Manager is based at an Ōnin Staffing Branch. This position will work with the Branch and/or Area Manager to ensure all operational aspects of an Ōnin Staffing Branch are well executed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee operations throughout the Ōnin Staffing Branches within the given region
- Create client-specific Standard Operations Procedures
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the software used in our company
- Oversee Payroll
- Identify areas for design, training, and process improvement
- Monitor recruiting and sales efforts throughout the region
- Train staffing assistants, recruiters, supervisors, and branch managers on various topics
- Travel to Ōnin Staffing Branches throughout the region
