Summary:
Prepares food to order specification and according to recipe, procedures, quality, and speed level requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares drinks items according to our standards of quality, consistency and timelines.
- Ensures compliance with all health codes and requirements.
- Maintains stocking (re-stocking) and organization of work area daily.
- Ensure that drinks comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Use knives correctly while chopping, cutting, dicing, etc.
- Completes prep tasks as needed in accordance with recipe, procedure, quality and speed standards.
- Responds to additional guest requests by preparing orders to their specifications.
- Maintains bar. storage, receiving, stocking and rotation.
- Works closely and communicate with both BOH and FOH team members during high pace.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
