Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement STEM-focused lesson plans that promote critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
- Utilize PBL and discovery-based learning strategies to engage students in hands-on, inquiry-driven activities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture with strong classroom management and clear expectations.
- Encourage students to explore real-world problems through interdisciplinary STEM projects.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve mastery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and integrate technology into classroom instruction.
- Stay current on best practices in STEM education and contribute to the ongoing development of the academy’s academic programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM field, or related area.
- Experience teaching in a project-based learning environment.
- Demonstrated ability to implement discovery-based learning strategies.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to create an engaging learning environment.
