Kiosk Attendant Duties and Responsibilities:
Kiosk Attendant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service to all members and guests using the athletics facility.
- Greets all guests and members and maintains the sign-in sheet.
- Maintains a safe and clean environment throughout all athletic areas.
- Communicate respectfully and clearly with management, staff, members, and guests.
- Input charges to point of sale system.
- Provides drink and snack service for the members.
- Answers the phone.
- Enforces all club policies and rules.
- Stay informed about current fitness classes and programs being offered to help promote member participation and answer members’ questions.
- Stocks locker room amenities and towels daily.
- Washes towels and members’ workout clothes.
Kiosk Attendant Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Team player.
- Positive attitude.
- Must be a good communicator and able to work independently.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and be able to work in a kiosk that is open air.
- Must be able to take and pass a food handlers test to serve beer and wine.
- CPR and First Aid certified or will need to take a CPR and First Aid certification course.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time Hours.
- Work Scheduled: Closing Shift 1:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 10 pm closing.
- Sub opportunities are available for weekend shifts. Including morning, day and evening.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Negative Drug Test Result.
- Employee Benefits are available for Part-time and full-time status.
Pay Rate: $15 per hour (Non-exempt)
