Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate production activities to meet quality and production goals
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a painting environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll, job costing, and running multiple teams
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and other industrial equipment
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot issues and optimize production efficiency
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
