1. Properly trains all new patient care staff in Agencies Polices and Procedures.
2. Reviews quality of documentation submitted by patient care staff.
3. Works with Auditing Department in the continuous training of all patient care staff according to documentation guidelines established by the agency.
4. Verify the accuracy and proper documentation of all notes and OASIS submitted for verification.
5. Responsible for the completion of our QA/UR/Performance Improvement programs and the proper follow-up as necessary.
6. Liaison with Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (FMQAI)
7. Liaison with The Joint Commission
8. Liaison with Fazzi Associates in reference to CAHPS Program
9. Responsible for reviewing all OBQI/OBQM reports and its analysis
10. Conducts monthly in-services
11. Submits quarterly reports to all agency committees.
Any other task as assigned by management.
