AP/Bookkeeper Specialist Job Duties:
- As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for entering invoices per 3-way match, prioritizing payment terms.
- Seek appropriate approvals for invoices that do not have a PO.
- Process vendor payments by check, ACH or wire.
- Respond timely to all vendor and internal inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
AP/Bookkeeper Specialist Requirements:
- Requires an Associate’s degree in Accounting with 2 years’ experience in a high volume, full-cycle Accounts Payable role with excellent attention to detail, communication skills and ability to multitask.
