Cashier

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and perform cash handling duties
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

```Experience```
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Ability to effectively sell products and upsell when appropriate
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus
- Experience conducting product demonstrations is an asset
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is advantageous for multilingual customers
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Familiarity with phone etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
