The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial and operation status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data and recommending actions. The position is responsible for supporting the company's financial performance, analyzing business performance and market conditions data, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions.
The Data Analyst reports directly to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a TPS brand ambassador
- Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create reports for internal TPS teams
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
- Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Structure large data sets to find usable information
- Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
- Identify and drive process improvements, including creating standard and ad hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
- Develop models that help with decision-making
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in a data-related field is a plus
- 1-2 years of business experience in Data visualization
- Advanced Knowledge of Excel, including a strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Strong analytical and data-gathering skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with executive-level management
- Ability to work well independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects; Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Ability to work 3 days/week at the Corporate Office in Acton, MA
- Professional presentation in attire, demeanor, and appearance
