Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Individuals in this role perform such duties as:

  • Answer phones (route phone calls, screen phone calls for management, answer client questions, etc.).
  • Schedule appointments for clients.
  • Discuss and promote service offerings with clients.
  • Provide clients with estimates for pre-determined procedures.
  • Check clients in and enter their information to ezyVet.
  • Communicate appointment arrivals with the medical staff.
  • Check clients out and collect payment.
  • Sell food, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick prevention to clients.
  • Perform general office duties.
  • Perform general cleaning duties in the Lobby.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $15 - $17 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
