What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility / Dishwasher position at The Peninsula Regent?
Overview:
At the direction of the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and/or Utility Lead you will be assigned specific dishwashing duties to ensure that the residents and guests are provided with a dining experience that exceeds their expectations. At the direction of the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and/or Utility Lead you will be assigned specific cleaning duties to ensure that all fixtures and equipment throughout all kitchens (and any other areas assigned) are cleaned regularly in accordance with directed cleaning schedules. You will adhere to and ensure adherence to all established Dining Services policies and procedures.
