Job Posting for Legal Assistant at The Perazzo Law Firm, P.A.

This candidate will work closely with the case manager paralegal assisting with all aspects of our pre-litigation cases, including but not limited to: the gathering of client information, opening insurance claims and confirming coverages, requesting and obtaining medical records, bills, and liens, answering phones, handling scanning/uploading pre-suit daily mail and faxes, preparing demand packages, and maintaining a log of work in client’s electronic file and case management program.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

  • No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Miami, FL 33162: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
