PEDIATRIC ENDOCRINOLOGY PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITIES
The Department of Pediatric Specialties at the Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center in Northern California is seeking a part time pediatric endocrinologist to join our team. Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in pediatric endocrinology and able to obtain a license in California.
Responsibilities for this clinical position include care for pediatric endocrinology patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting starting as early as Spring of 2025. Our Oakland Medical Center serves as a Regional Tertiary care center and includes a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a Pediatric Ward, and a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and Pediatric Critical Care/Intensivists. The Oakland Medical Center also includes a robust pediatric subspecialty department with pediatric specialists and support staff for Cardiology, Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hematology & Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Child Abuse, Genetics, PM&R as well as Pediatric Surgical Specialties. Other members of our pediatric endocrinology teams include nurse case managers, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists, pediatric dieticians, and social workers. All physicians equally share inpatient duties and provide care at our Oakland outpatient clinic and one of our satellite clinics located in Hayward, Walnut Creek, Vallejo, Santa Rosa, and San Francisco.
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA

Full-time annual salary range is $293,444 to $302,520 plus additional potential incentives up to $16,630*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
