Production Support

The Production Support position will complete production tasks, deliver materials, and support a variety of administrative functions.

Key Result Accountabilities

• Participates in daily production and maintenance activities of machines.
• Operates equipment.
• Loads and unloads machines using forklifts, overhead cranes and by hand.
• Moves and stages materials to be processed.
• Delivers materials to customers.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machines, as required.
• Performs operations according to the company’s quality system.
• Cleans and organizes workstations on a daily basis and as required.
•  Assists with order entries and managing work orders.
•  Assists with product invoicing and collections.
•  Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
•  Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma required.
• At least six months to a year of experience or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience are preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentage.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to bend, stoop, and stand for 8 to 12 hours a day.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
