The Plunge Staff employees are the face of the studio. Their mission is to create a positive environment for all members and guests by greeting everyone in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
Additionally, team members will work to sell packages and memberships to clients. We offer a highly competitive commission structure.
This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a great atmosphere, earn commissions, and enjoy a complimentary membership.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in all members and guests
- Answer incoming calls and questions from "walk-ins"
- Sell memberships or packages to customers
- Help members with questions or complaints
- Take payments for account balances and fees
- Perform cleaning duties
- Reach out to current and missed leads to capture sales with provided spreadsheet
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic
- Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness.
- Availability to work part-time with options of morning and / or night shifts and weekend availability.
- Sales experience (optional but preferred)
Availability needed : Morning and evening shifts throughout the week with occasional weekends.
