Shift: Full Time Every Weekend

Qualifications
Requirements of the Receptionist:
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Receptionist experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Greeting all visitors to the nursing home, answering questions and guiding them to proper location
- Answering phones, taking messages, and returning phone calls
- Organizing transportation for patients needed to keep appointments at outside facilities.
- Performing clerical duties such as copying, faxing, emailing, etc.
- Route calls, messages, faxes and perform other clerical tasks.
- Order and maintain inventory supplies.
- Provide basic information of the services of the nursing home to clients.
- Receive and forward admission inquiries to the marketing department.
