What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep and Line Cooks position at The Porch at Siena?
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the quality, quantity, and timeliness of food production. Team member prepares the food in accordance with The Porch recipes, standards, and procedures under strict sanitary conditions as outlined in the department training guide. Team members are also required to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
- Properly prepare and portion, quality food items following company approved recipes, specifications, and timing standards.
- Follow HACCP guidelines in preparation and re-heating of food products.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete accurate temperature cooling charts.
- Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
- Complete Chef/Manager requested tasks
- Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Working in temperatures that may exceed 90 degrees
